        <h2>HR EXCELLENCE IN RESEARCH</h2>
        <p>In May 2016 Institute of Systematics and Evolution of Animals, Polish Academy of Sciences received the "HR Excellence in Research" award.</p>
        <p>On 1<sup>st</sup> October 2015 the Director of Institute of Systematics and Evolution of Animals, Polish Academy of Sciences prof. dr hab Zbigniew M Bocheński signed a declaration of support for the European Charter for Researcher and the Code of Conduct of the recruitment of Researchers.</p>
        <p>Therefore ISEA PAS confirms its intention to further engage in the effort to improve conditions for researchers, enhance the quality of work and promote research as an attractive career. While many of the principles of the Charter and Code reflect the current policy of ISEA PAS, we are working to ensure that all recommendations are fully implemented.</p>
        <p>ISEA PAS fully supports rights and responsibilities, which should be respected by Institute and scientists. Taking these actions Institute wants to become an attractive and reliable employer at international level.
